First opened in 1868 and the first commercial winery in Lebanon it is now run by three siblings and described as ‘the most seductive winery in the Middle East’. All the grapes are grown organically and hand harvested with the white wine being naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain it’s heady aromatics.
A blend of Viognier, Chardonnay, Obeidi (indigenous Lebanese grape, all creamy honey and lemons) and Muscat d'Alexandrie.
Fresh, elegant and perfumed with spiced white peach, apricot and jasmine.
