Macon-Solutre-Pouilly Romanin 2018
Chablis-esque in style, brilliant clean, fresh and fragrant, citrusy pink grapefruit and creamy texture. There are 3 villages in this area in Southern Burgundy, namely Pouilly, Fuisse and Solutre. The vineyards that this wine comes from are from between the 1st and 3rd (unsurprisingly!).

14.5% youthful, Biodynamic, Organic & sustainable agriculture red from the Village of Vinsobres in the Southern Rhone. Grapes are Syrah (Shiraz) Grenache, Cinsault & Mourvedre.
