NO MINIMUM ORDER – Free delivery applies on orders over £99 to one address. (£17 DELIVERY CHARGE for orders under £99). Tickets and vouchers are emailed hence exempt from delivery change!
Order Confirmation- If we have NOT contacted you back WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY to confirm your order, please get in touch. We will ALWAYS e-mail or phone you to confirm your order. You are very welcome to visit our warehouse to browse and buy. Please order by phone if you fancy, 0131 555 0222 (office open 9am-5.30pm Mon-Sat)
Delivery Schedule – Edinburgh deliveries are normally next day by our Grog Vans. ANYWHERE ELSE mainland U.K. is by DHL overnight courier & normally takes 1-2 workingdays, but MAY take 3 working days during busy periods or inclement weather. Please, please let us know if you HAVEN’T got your order within 3 days as something has definitely gone wrong, sorry! (disasters happen rarely, fortunately)
Vintages – If a vintage runs out we will substitute the next when available. If you are after a specific vintage of a wine please let us know. We update vintages daily, but, human error can mean we miss some from time to time. As this site is maintained by monkeys (myself included), mistakes in pricing, vintages etc can be made. We endeavour to keep everything as up to date as possible, but occasionally something is overlooked. We aim to remedy any errors as quickly as possible and will, of course, let you know.
Privacy – We will only hold your name, address and phone number to enable us to complete deliveries to you. The only person we will ever give these details to is a courier to deliver your order. If you want us to remove you from our databases at any time you just need to ask us by phone or email.
Age Restriction – We can only sell alcohol to people over the age of 18. Photographic Proof of age may be required upon receipt of goods if the recipient looks under 25 (photo drivers licence etc). 2005 Scottish Licensing Act applies to all sales.
Returns/Refunds – If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will refund you or replace as you wish. We may also arrange to uplift the unwanted products via DHL or our own vans. If via courier please return in original boxes. Please let us know of any faulty products ASAP. We don’t put a specific time limit on this promise, however, it is within the reasonable lifespan of the wine. If you don’t know what this is, please ask (don’t come back to me with a Pinot Grigio that is “off” in 15 years time, for example!).
