Dark lagers


Kellerbier – Unfiltered and unpasteurised making it slightly darker than a helles. Higher hops and lower carbonation to create a smooth flavoursome lager.
Marzen – A medium bodied amber lager with prominent toasted malt flavour and a dry finish. Traditionally brewed in March and matured through the summer to be served at Oktoberfest.
Dunkel – A dark sweet lager brewed using more heavily roasted malts than other styles. Shows rich notes reminiscent of bread crusts without the bitterness of other dark beers.
