35% of the grapes were fermented as a traditional red wine and the rest through the thermo-flash wine-making technique. The wine was aged in oak barrels of different origins and toasts for 3 months. After cleaning and stabilisation, the wine is de-alcoholised and bottled.
The nose is dominated by aromas of fresh and ripe red fruits, along with spices and sweet touches from the oak. The palate is fruity and fresh with soft tannins and medium acidity.
