Description
Bruges, Belgium: Medium-bodied, well rounded hoppy blond which goes very well with seafood. De Halve Man (The half moon) is brewery situated among the gothic houses of Bruges. When complaints were made about the trucks carrying beer over the cobbled streets, locals rallied to ensure their hallowed beer would remain. A 2 mile undergound pipleline was built below the city to their bottling plant a couple of miles outside of town. If that doesn’t tell you the regard this beer is held, nothing will!
