Description

COGNAC: Unusually for a Cognac, where most producers are Negociants buying in grapes or spirit for their own blends, this is a Single Estate, with everything produced on site – including the grapes. The site has been producing grapes for over 800 years, and has been owned by the same family for nearly 100. It is situated in the Appellation Cognac Fins Bois near Taillon.

With 92% Ugni Blanc and 8% Colombard in the blend, this is a young, fresh style aged in French oak. Expect prunes and fresh pear, along with vanilla and cinnamon.
