BUGGENHOUT, BELGIUM: The pinnacle of Belgiun brewing and a true passion project by the team at Bosteels Brewery (responsible for Triple Karmeliet and Kwak). A Champagne method tripel refremented near Epernay in France, with the yeast in contact with the beer for 9 months before disgorgement. Medium bodied and effervescent with notes of toast, brioche and biscuit alongside characteristic fruity banana notes one would expect from a blond beer. Meant to be served in a Champagne flute so no swigging out of the bottle!
