Description
BELGIUM Brewed on the border of Wallonia and Flanders, this boozy Belgian Stout is named after Hercule Poirot, born in the nearby town of Ellezelles on 1st April 1850….and you thought Monsieur Poirot was fictional*!
You don’t need to be a detective to work out why Hercule is considered a classic. Dry, rich, malty with a slightly sweet finish, featuring chocolate and mocha notes and a touch of funk, likely from 10 days of lagering in old oak barrels.
