Description
Simon thought this was better than sliced bread. “Kicks the butt of Burgundy and only half the price” were his exact words. He is not wrong either, this is truly exceptional Burgundy style white. Full of ripe fruit from the tropics, yet zippy and clean; barrel fermented, yet light and pure; full bodied yet not cloying and very moreish with superbly integrated oak adding more texture rather than oak flavour. Expertly crafted.
