HIGHLAND: Founded in 1833 in Dumgoyne, just north of Glasgow. Using barley that has been air dried, so not a hint of peat at all and matured in sherry casks. The nose is sweet with toffee and popcorn aromas, leading on to a palate of green apples, grass, soft oak and a slight nuttiness.
