A rich, creamy and textural barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc. It possesses ripe fruit flavours – a luscious mix of tropical apricot, kiwi, rich creamy peaches and lychee. The complexity from the oak integration and strong acidity really allows this to be long lived. A stunner even for the high standards of New Zealand Savvy B’s.
Greystone is 100% organic and very ecologically aware. Crop management is done meticulously by hand without herbicides, insecticides or systemic fungicides, using organic methods and regenerative agriculture to proactively promote soil and vine health.
