Bierghes, Brussels: Tilquin, one of the newest Gueuzeries in Belgium founded in 2009, make this spontaneously fermented Gueuze obtained by blending a number of 1, 2 & 3 year old lambic beers. Funky aromas while being tart and refreshing on the palate, with flavours of lemon zest, honey, apples and brown sugar.
