EDINBURGH: The second ever release from Holyrood distillery just opposite our shop. Really lovely knowledgable folk and I’m sure the distillery will go far! Embra has been triple matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels, Islay quarter casks, and New American oak barrels. Balance between capturing the classic bold smoky flavours and textures of peated whisky while remaining accessible to a new whisky drinker. When someone says they don’t like peated whisky, give them this.
