Chaume Arnaud La cadene white. Hand-Harvested, rich & fresh with an impressive textural mouthfeel, with zesty fruit and a touch of honey. Drink now or could be kept for a decade or so (now with food would be amazing, seafood, creamy carbonara stuff etc). No oak whatsoever (and it ceratinly benefits from that, the purity of flavour is off the scale)
