Description
Ratafia is a traditional rustic “wine” made by fortifying grape juice with grape spirit. Gobillard makes this in small batches giving a lovely, fresh, grapey drink. ideal as an aperitif served chilled or with cheeses, fruit based desserts or drizzled over parma ham and melon!
A little like pineau de charentes.
