A 13-hectare estate located in Bue, in the Sancerre appellation, in the Loire Valley, France. Bue is famous for its hills, perfect for growing grapes, with great sun exposure and protection from the elements. The soil there is rich in minerality, composed mainly of clay and chalk, as well as small rocks, which give the wines their acclaimed typicality. Hubert Thirot is the 4th generation running the estate, producing classic white Sancerre from the 9 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc the family owns
