Sitting somewhere between ESB and barley wine, what we have here is akin to a Scottish Tripel. Maris Otter and Aromatic malts provide a rich foundation for a generous hopping with Keyworth Early Season and Celeia varieties, imparting pithy lemon and grapefruit notes with candy sweetness and a gentle hint of spice.
